Sony Animated Venom Targets R-Rating

Sony is actively developing an animated feature film centered on the character Venom, marking a significant expansion of its Spider-Man Universe. Directed by the collaborative efforts of Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, this project is reportedly aiming for an R rating. This strategic decision would distinguish it as Sony's first R-rated feature for Venom, setting it apart from the PG-13 rating of the Spider-Verse animated films.
