Amruta Khanvilkar: Why I Choose Meaningful Roles

Amruta Khanvilkar, a star in the acclaimed crime drama 'Taskaree: The Smuggler's Web,' recently shared her thoughtful approach to character selection. She exclusively chooses roles that significantly contribute to the story's progression, emphasizing that a character must add value and not merely occupy space within the narrative.

Khanvilkar highlighted her trust in creators like Neeraj Pandey, noting that strong visionaries ensure characters are essential to the plot. She elaborated on her performance as a customs officer and single mother, portraying a fearless and self-sufficient individual who combats challenges head-on, even in hand-to-hand combat sequences.

Inspired by her mother's resilience, Khanvilkar described her portrayal as an homage to her mother's strength.
