Fans can anticipate the anniversary season on ABC, with next-day streaming available on Disney+ and Hulu. Auditions are currently in progress through the "Idol Across America" virtual search, covering all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The deadline for hopefuls to submit their auditions is October 9.
Open-call audition dates are also scheduled worldwide for eligible contestants. To be eligible, individuals must be at least 15 years old by February 15, 2027. Video auditions will be accepted for those unable to attend in-person dates.
