Both U.S. and European markets demonstrated notable progress, with U.S. attendance rising 12 percent and international attendance up by 18 percent.
Despite an increased net loss of $11.4 million compared to $4.7 million in the prior year, AMC's adjusted EBITDA reached $320.6 million. CEO Adam Aron highlighted the inherent operating leverage and AMC's market leadership as key factors in navigating post-pandemic recovery and delivering record-setting financial results.
