Veteran actress Ambika returns to Kannada TV!

Veteran actress Ambika is making a powerful comeback to Kannada television, joining the cast of the popular serial Jai Lalitha. She is set to portray Malavalli Maheshwari, a strong-willed and influential matriarch. Maheshwari's character is introduced as the grandmother of the male lead, Jai, and the mother of Parameshwari.

Maheshwari's authoritative nature is expected to create significant family drama, as she is depicted as an even more commanding figure than Parameshwari. Ambika's return to the small screen adds another significant chapter to her career, which includes previous appearances in popular serials and a successful film career across multiple South Indian languages.

The serial Jai Lalitha, starring Manasvi as Lalitha and Shivank as Jai, has already surpassed 200 episodes. With Ambika's commanding presence, audiences can anticipate new conflicts and a fresh dimension to the narrative in upcoming episodes.
