Allison Williams Openly Wore Wedding Ring Before Confirming Marriage to Alexander Dreymon

In June 2022, PEOPLE magazine confirmed that actress Allison Williams, 37, had quietly tied the knot with German actor Alexander Dreymon, 42. The news came shortly after Williams referred to Dreymon as her "husband" in a profile.

Now, in a recent interview, Williams is addressing the surprise news. She explains that she and Dreymon were "never hiding" the fact that they got married, and that they were openly wearing wedding rings before the news broke. "If you go back on [the photo agency site] Getty, we were wearing wedding bands for a while before. People just... You gotta look closer, guys," she quipped.

The couple, who first met on the set of the film Horizon Line, began dating at the end of 2019 and welcomed a son named Arlo in November 2021. In their relationship, Williams has drawn inspiration from another Hollywood star, Julia Roberts, and her "two-week rule" - a limit on how long the couple can be apart while working.
