- Fans defended Earle, seeing her repost as a strong statement.
- Earle's podcast was dropped from Cooper's Unwell Network earlier.
Social media influencer Alix Earle, aged 25, shared a TikTok on Thursday, April 9, which characterized her peer Alex Cooper, 31, as the "Grim Reaper." This repost ignited discussion among fans and followers.
The TikTok creator, Ashley Tiscareno, compared Cooper to an "ambulance chaser," suggesting she capitalizes on others' vulnerable moments following personal tragedies. Tiscareno specifically criticized Cooper for seeking exclusive interviews during people's lowest points.
This incident occurred after Earle's podcast, "Hot Mess," was dropped from Cooper's Unwell Network in February 2025. Earle had previously stated her confusion regarding the podcast's status in March 2025, asserting she had no idea what was happening.
Cooper, in turn, responded via Instagram, clarifying that Earle's podcast situation was unrelated to Unwell and that she retained ownership of her intellectual property. Meanwhile, Earle's fans rallied behind her, interpreting her repost as a sign of solidarity.
