Alia and Ranbir's ₹250 Crore Pali Hill Mansion: A Diwali Milestone

As the festive season of Diwali 2025 approaches, Bollywood's power couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are set to celebrate a significant milestone. The pair has officially announced that they will be moving into their brand-new family bungalow in Mumbai's prestigious Pali Hill area, a property reportedly valued at around ₹250 crore.

This lavish six-storey mansion has been under construction for years, with Ranbir, Alia, and Ranbir's mother, veteran actor Neetu Kapoor, often spotted inspecting the progress. Now, the property is finally ready for the couple to start a new chapter in their lives.

In an official statement, Alia and Ranbir expressed their gratitude to their well-wishers and requested privacy as they settle into their new home. "Diwali is all about gratitude and new beginnings. Built on the site of the historic Krishna Raj bungalow, the Kapoor family's cherished residence, the new property is a blend of legacy and modern luxury. Reports suggest that the mansion features world-class interiors, dedicated entertainment zones, and a beautifully landscaped terrace garden, making it one of the most expensive celebrity residences in India.
