Larter shared with People that she doesn't enjoy these scenes and finds them difficult, often battling her own insecurities and anxiety. Her commitment to the role of Angela Norris, a character who embraces spray tans and a blonde look, necessitates a rigorous fitness regimen.

This routine includes 4:30 AM runs for 30 minutes, followed by strength training, and a very clean diet emphasizing protein. Despite the personal struggle, Larter finds strength in embodying her character and 'owning it,' refusing to let insecurity affect her performance.

Fans may recall her famous whipped-cream bra scene from 'Varsity Blues' at age 22.
