Alex Warren's Wife: The Secret Behind "Ordinary"

The breakout hit song "Ordinary" by Alex Warren was penned for his wife, Kouvr Annon. The couple recently attended the 2026 VMAs together, where Warren spoke about the inspiration behind his number-one song, dedicated to his "best friend."

Kouvr Annon, an internet personality, first rose to prominence as a member of the Hype House. She and Alex Warren actually connected in 2018 through Snapchat. Their relationship has progressed significantly since then, evolving from a period of homelessness where they lived out of a car to walking red carpets side-by-side.

Originally from Oahu, Hawai'i, Kouvr Annon relocated to Los Angeles after graduating high school in 2018. Her full name is Kouvr Ho'oipo A Mē Kamakalāni O'anela Kahokūlani Vincent Annon. The couple's romance began after Warren saw her YouTube videos and reached out via Snapchat, leading to an immediate connection where they felt they could share everything.

Within four months of meeting, Annon moved to L.A. to be with Warren, and they experienced a period of living out of his car. Warren has publicly acknowledged this difficult time, expressing gratitude for her support. Later, they both departed the Hype House in 2022 to focus on Warren's music career.

Alex Warren and Kouvr Annon have been married for over a year. They exchanged vows in a garden ceremony in California, officiated by John Bigelow, who had previously assisted them when they had nowhere to stay. Annon also bravely participated in the music video for "Ordinary," despite her fear of heights.
