On October 8, 2025, country music icon Alan Jackson announced that he will be holding his final full-length concert on June 27, 2026 at Nashville's Nissan Stadium. The show, titled "Last Call: One More for the Road - The Finale," will feature a star-studded lineup of Jackson's country music friends, including Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and Lee Ann Womack.
Jackson, who is 66 years old, has been dealing with the effects of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease for close to 15 years. The degenerative nerve condition has started to impact his ability to perform on stage, and he wanted to let his fans know what was going on. "I don't want them to think I'm drunk on stage because I'm having problems with mobility and balance," he explained.
Despite the challenges, Jackson is determined to give his fans one last epic show in the city where his country music career began. "We just felt like we had to end it all where it all started for me, and that's in Nashville -- Music City -- where country music lives," he said. A portion of the proceeds from the concert will be donated to the CMT Research Foundation to help find a cure for the disease.
