As of November 13, 2025, the production team of director Ahmed Khan's upcoming ensemble comedy 'Welcome to the Jungle' starring Akshay Kumar is preparing for the final stretch of filming. The movie, produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala, had earlier shot in the UAE and Mumbai, and is now set to embark on a major 20-day schedule in North India.
Despite facing some setbacks, including the destruction of a Kashmir-town set due to heavy rains, the makers appear confident of finishing the film on a high note with this North India schedule. The schedule will feature "chase sequences, gun fights, blasts, and a sequence with 300 horses in the climax," under the choreography of action master Abbas Mogul.
To accommodate the scale of the production, the film's production designer, Shailesh Mahadik, has reportedly created an expansive jungle set in Film City, Goregaon for the Mumbai schedule. The area is so large that the actors and crew are using helicopters to travel from one area to another.
