The Telugu film 'Aadarsha Kutumbam House No: 47' (AK 47), starring Venkatesh Daggubati, Srinidhi Shetty, and Nara Rohith, has achieved a significant box office milestone, grossing Rs 33.95 crore worldwide within its first two days of release.
The movie demonstrated strong performance in domestic markets, with Saturday, October 31, marking a 6.7% increase in earnings compared to its opening day. This rise pushed the film's India net collection to Rs 20.15 crore and its domestic gross to Rs 23.60 crore. Overseas markets also contributed substantially, adding Rs 10.35 crore to the worldwide total.
Despite a promising start, the film faces a considerable financial hurdle. With a reported production budget of Rs 128 crore, including promotional expenses, AK 47 requires its current worldwide gross to more than quadruple to break even.
Sacnilk data indicates that Saturday was the film's strongest day to date, with improved occupancy rates and an average earning of Rs 32,581 per show. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were the primary revenue generators domestically on Saturday, accounting for nearly 80% of the day's earnings.
