Horror Icons Return for American Horror Story's Greatest Hits

Evan Peters is set to make a triumphant return to American Horror Story for its 13th season, collaborating once again with creator Ryan Murphy. This upcoming season is being billed as a "greatest hits" installment, assembling a remarkable ensemble cast of fan-favorite actors from previous seasons. Peters expressed his excitement about working with Murphy again and reuniting with a cast that includes icons like Sarah Paulson, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, and Angela Bassett.

The return of Jessica Lange, a pivotal figure in the series' early seasons, has particularly surprised many. Lange, who previously starred in the first four seasons and reprised her role as Constance in season eight, had repeatedly stated her reluctance to return to the show. Peters himself was shocked but thrilled by Lange's decision to join the cast for this special reunion season.

In addition to the extensive roster of returning stars, season 13 will also feature Ariana Grande, adding another layer of excitement for fans. Grande, a known admirer of the series, previously collaborated with Peters on her 2024 music video. The "greatest hits" theme suggests a season that will celebrate the series' most memorable characters and storylines.
