The documentary, executive-produced by Martin Scorsese, delves into the profound themes of artistic perseverance and lifelong friendship.
The film premiered at the Telluride Film Festival and is set to screen at the New York Film Festival on October 4th and 5th. A theatrical release is planned for Film Forum in New York City in February 2027, followed by a broader North American distribution.
AB2 Media Group and Abramorama have secured the North American distribution rights. They are collaborating with Atlas Theatre Company on the film's rollout, with AB2 advising on sales and Abramorama handling theatrical rights.
Director Cindy Kleine expressed her excitement about capturing the actors' dedication to their craft, stating, "This is a film about what it means to keep making art, and to keep showing up for each other, no matter what your body tells you."
