- Two brutal Blood and Guts matches are scheduled for November 4th.
- Prominent AEW stars will compete in intense men's and women's bouts.

All Elite Wrestling's signature Blood and Guts matches are returning on November 4, 2026. The event, hosted at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida, will feature two separate, high-stakes bouts. These matches are known for their brutal nature and are a departure from AEW's typical broadcast format.
The women's Blood and Guts match will pit prominent AEW stars against each other. Participants include Queen Aminata, Willow Nightingale, Wrathlander, and The Brawling Birds facing off against Triangle of Madness, Divine Dominion, and Persephone. This encounter promises significant in-ring action.
Complementing the women's match, a men's Blood and Guts bout will feature top AEW babyfaces. Will Ospreay and Darby Allin are slated to compete against members of the Don Callis Family. Steven Borden, recently returned from injury, will also participate in this highly anticipated clash.
