Aditya Uppal Reveals Dream Collaboration

Actor Aditya Uppal has expressed a strong desire to collaborate with Farhan Akhtar, citing a deep admiration for Akhtar's body of work and unique position in cinema. Uppal views Akhtar as an unconventional choice but one from whom he believes he has much to learn.

Uppal also shared his experience working with Sanjay Dutt in the film Dhurandhar: The Revenge. He admitted to feeling intimidated by Dutt's legendary status but praised Dutt's ability to create a comfortable atmosphere on set. Dutt's willingness to stay in character and support Uppal's improvisations was instrumental in enhancing Uppal's performance and making the shared screen time a special achievement.

Recalling their first meeting on set in Amritsar, Uppal recounted touching Dutt's feet and expressing his long-standing admiration, referencing Dutt's iconic roles in "Sadak" and "Saajan." Uppal highlighted Dutt's professional support, including performing scenes with him during close-ups, as particularly meaningful for a new actor.

When asked about Dutt's impactful roles, Uppal specifically mentioned "Sadak" and "Khal Nayak" as favorites and significant films in Dutt's career.
