Adidas Originals vp of marketing, Annie Barrett, stated that the Superstar remains an iconic and timeless sneaker, continually proving its relevance in music, fashion, sports, and art. The new marketing push pushes the boundaries of reality with unexpected narrative twists.
The collection features both classic black-and-white iterations and new interpretations. For men, the line includes looser fits and bold color-blocking with the signature three stripes, alongside tees and jacquard jerseys in neutral tones. Tyshawn Jones is seen in a fresh twist with denim shorts. The women's collection offers items like a Superstar track top and an equipment-blocking red jacket. This multifaceted campaign launched this spring and is supported by global content, brand activations, and immersive in-person experiences.
