Adam Thomas's Hidden BBC Gem Surfaces

Adam Thomas, known for his roles in 'Waterloo Road' and 'Emmerdale,' also appeared in the 2019 BBC Wales production 'Pitching In.' The series, available to stream, centers on Frank Hardcastle, a widowed man managing a holiday park in the Welsh village of Glan Mor.

In 'Pitching In,' a 37-year-old Thomas portrayed Jase, marking his first major role after departing 'Emmerdale' in 2018. The drama received a 'Rotten Tomatoes' review describing it as "eccentric, mild and within the mainstay 'village' canon of UK TV."

'Pitching In' was not recommissioned, but Thomas has since appeared in 'Strictly Come Dancing' and is currently in 'I'm A Celebrity... South Africa.' His prior role as Adam Barton in 'Emmerdale' concluded in 2018 when his character fled after being wrongly blamed for a murder.

Viewers are now expressing strong desires for Thomas's return to 'Emmerdale,' with many taking to social media to voice their wish to see him back on the ITV soap.
