Actress Refuses 'Housewives' Role Twice

A well-known actress recently disclosed that she has declined multiple invitations to join "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." She stated that producers approached her five times for a role on the reality series. Her reasoning for declining was that she does not identify as a housewife, is not married, and does not own a home.

Interestingly, fans pointed out the irony of her character on "Abbott" watching "Housewives." The actress further elaborated that an executive producer, whom she befriended through their children's schooling, admitted she would have made for a very uninteresting addition to the show.

She conceded that her lifestyle wouldn't fit the show's demands, admitting she would likely prefer to stay in her sweatpants or in bed rather than attend events.
