Salon Denies Haircut to Domestic Worker: Actor Outraged

Actor Sandhya Mridul has voiced her strong disapproval following an incident where a young domestic worker at her mother's residence was reportedly refused haircuts by two separate salons. This discriminatory experience left Mridul feeling outraged and dismayed, prompting her to publicly question the societal treatment of domestic helpers.

Mridul shared that her mother had to persistently request and plead before one salon finally relented to cut the young woman's hair. The actor highlighted that the worker, in her twenties, was initially turned away solely based on her identity and profession.
