Actor Jaayjeet Survives Speeding Lorry Crash

Actor Jaayjeet Banerjee recently encountered a road accident while traveling near the Tollygunge Karunamoyee Bridge in Kolkata. A speeding lorry struck his car as he was descending towards Haridevpur, resulting in considerable damage to the vehicle's right side.

Fortunately, Banerjee, who was seated in the front, avoided serious injuries. He reported the incident to the Haridevpur Police Station, where a Motor Collision Report was filed. The actor observed that the lorry driver seemed unfit to be behind the wheel and expressed concern that such reckless driving could lead to further accidents.

Banerjee also shared his disappointment regarding the immediate response to reviewing CCTV footage. He believes prompt action could have ensured greater driver accountability. Despite this, he maintains faith in the Kolkata Police and awaits further action.
