4 Feb
Summary
- An aircraft carrier is attacked during a naval funeral.
- The President is taken hostage in the unfolding attack.
- Senator's son and President's daughter must stop attackers.
New Regency has acquired the rights to "Carrier," an action-thriller concept developed from an idea by naval pilot Jack McCain.
The story unfolds during a naval funeral for a high-profile U.S. Senator. The ceremony is dramatically interrupted when the aircraft carrier hosting the event is attacked, and the President is taken hostage.
The Senator's son, along with the President's daughter, are compelled to take action. They must work together to uncover the perpetrators behind the attack and reclaim the ship from the hostile forces.
Mortal Media, co-founded by former athletes Ryan Kalil and Blake Griffin, is producing the project. Aaron Benjamin is penning the script, with McCain serving as an advisor.
