Academy Award-winning filmmaker Aaron Schneider has signed with WME for representation across all areas, with a strategic focus on expanding his presence in large-scale filmmaking.
Schneider is widely recognized for directing Greyhound, the Tom Hanks-penned and starred naval warfare film that became an early success for Apple. He is currently immersed in the post-production phase for the sequel, Greyhound 2, although a release date has not yet been announced.
His earlier cinematic achievements include directing the debut feature Get Low, starring Robert Duvall, Bill Murray, and Sissy Spacek, which secured the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature. Schneider's career path began in cinematography, where he earned two consecutive ASC Awards and an Emmy nomination for his work on the series Murder One. He also contributed as a cinematographer to the pilot of Supernatural and the films Kiss the Girls and Simon Birch, notably serving as second-unit director of photography on James Cameron's Titanic.
