A new exhibition, "Inside Aardman: Wallace And Gromit And Friends," launched on Thursday at the Young V&A in Bethnal Green, London. This extensive showcase celebrates 50 years of the renowned animation studio, presenting 150 exhibits that span its celebrated history.
Visitors can explore original clay models of beloved characters such as Wallace, Gromit, Lady Tottington, and those from "Chicken Run" and "Shaun The Sheep." Interactive elements are also featured, aiming to engage children and families.
The exhibition's curator, Alex Newson, expressed his hope that the display will inspire creativity and encourage young visitors to consider careers in the animation industry. He highlighted the privilege of sifting through Aardman's rich 50-year archive to select pieces from its earliest creations to its most recent productions.
