Recent interactions between rappers A$AP Rocky and FERG indicate their friendship remains strong, despite discussions about FERG's decision to remove 'A$AP' from his stage name. FERG recently shared that his third solo album, following 'Darold,' is complete and he is actively seeking a distributor.
A$AP Rocky responded positively to FERG's announcement, congratulating him and seemingly offering the services of his AWGE label. This public show of support comes after both artists were asked about FERG's name change. While Rocky admitted it initially 'bothered' him, he stated he wouldn't hold it against his friend.
FERG, in turn, viewed the name change as a matter of personal growth and following his truth. He acknowledged Rocky's feelings but emphasized his own journey. As FERG prepares to release his new music, Rocky is also gearing up for an extensive tour in Australia and New Zealand.
