Aamir Khan & Gauri Spratt Seek New Mumbai Home Amid Redevelopment

Actor Aamir Khan and his wife Gauri Spratt are reportedly searching for a new temporary home in Mumbai. This comes as the redevelopment of their Union Park residence is underway. Approximately a year and a half ago, Aamir Khan vacated his Union Park home and moved to a rented apartment on Nargis Dutt Road.

This rented Nargis Dutt Road property is located near the residences of actors Sanjay Dutt and Emraan Hashmi. It is also where Aamir and Gauri reportedly celebrated their wedding on July 5th of this year. Meanwhile, they are also anticipated to acquire a penthouse in a high-rise building currently under construction at their permanent Union Park address.

However, a new residential arrangement has become necessary due to the redevelopment of Aamir Khan's Pali Hill building, where he had been renting four apartments. This building has finalized a redevelopment deal, requiring Aamir Khan and his extended family to relocate from the premises. The couple is expected to move into another rented apartment in a Mumbai suburb by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
