According to recent reports, 90 Day Fiancé stars Jasmine, 39, and Gino, 56, are embroiled in a messy divorce battle. Jasmine filed for divorce in August 2025, publishing a notice in a Florida newspaper, as she was unable to serve Gino with divorce papers at his Michigan home.

However, Gino's lawyer claims that Gino had actually filed for divorce first in Michigan, alleging that Jasmine had refused service of his divorce documents and was now trying to get alternate service for her own case.
