90 Day Fiancé Star Ashley Files for Divorce Amid Recovery

Ashley Michelle, a participant on 90 Day Fiancé season 10, has announced her intention to divorce her husband, Manuel Velez. The announcement was made on September 7, 2026, via Instagram, shortly before their four-year anniversary. Ashley directly addressed Manuel, expressing years of feeling unsupported, particularly during her recent vulnerable period following surgery. She declared, "I am DONE" and instructed him not to return to their home.

In subsequent Instagram Stories on September 8, 2026, Ashley, a fitness coach, thanked her followers for their support. She reflected that publicizing their relationship issues was necessary for her to be taken seriously. Ashley recently underwent abdominoplasty and breast augmentation surgeries. She noted on September 8, 2026, that she was 19 days post-surgery and acknowledged that relationship problems were affecting her healing process, contributing to the decision to separate. She plans to focus on client work and her recovery, describing herself as resilient.

Ashley, who is from New York City, and Manuel, from Ecuador, were a couple on 90 Day Fiancé season 10, which aired from 2023 to 2024. They first met in 2010, reconnected a decade later, and their journey to the U.S. was documented on the show, leading to their 2022 wedding. The couple also appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After season 8 and 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. Ashley's last public acknowledgment of Manuel on Instagram was in July, with a prior post in May assuring fans they were still together.
