21 Savage has announced that his highly anticipated album, 'What Happened to the Streets?', is scheduled for release this Friday, December 12. The Slaughter Gang CEO revealed the news via a striking black-and-white trailer posted to his Instagram account on Monday, December 8.
The cryptic teaser depicts a tense scene in a dark alley, with a person seemingly targeted by gunmen, all set to a dramatic orchestral score. This visual prelude builds anticipation for the album, which explores themes related to the street code.
The upcoming LP will contain 14 brand-new songs, with 21 Savage opting not to release any singles in advance. This announcement comes after a relatively quiet year for the artist in 2025, with his most recent feature being on Summer Walker's track "Get Yo Boy" last November.
