According to AccuWeather's latest forecast, the weather conditions for Halloween 2025 will vary significantly across the United States. While much of the country is expected to have favorable weather for trick-or-treating, some regions will face less than ideal conditions.
The Pacific Northwest, including parts of western Washington, is predicted to see showers on October 31st. Similarly, areas from the Upper Midwest into the Great Lakes, as well as across the northern and central Appalachians, are also likely to experience rainfall. Northwest Minnesota and portions of the Dakotas can even expect a mix of rain and snow.
