As Cyprus prepares to celebrate Oxi Day on October 29th, 2025, the weather forecast paints a picture of mostly clear skies and warm temperatures across the island. According to the latest reports, inland areas and the south and east coast will see temperatures reaching a high of 28 degrees Celsius, while the west and north coast will be slightly cooler at around 26 degrees. The higher mountain regions will experience the coolest temperatures, with the mercury expected to peak at 22 degrees.
Throughout the day, light winds will blow across the island, gradually increasing to force four on the Beaufort scale and blowing from the south to northwest. The sea conditions are anticipated to be slightly rough. As the evening approaches, the clear weather is expected to persist, with temperatures dropping to 14 degrees Celsius inland, around 17 degrees in coastal areas, and 11 degrees in the higher mountains.
Looking ahead, Wednesday will see partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in the afternoon, mainly in the higher mountain regions. Thursday and Friday, however, are expected to be mainly clear, with temperatures remaining within the same range as the previous days.
