This has resulted in dry weather in western Rajasthan and scattered light showers in eastern districts. Despite temperatures not reaching peak summer levels, increased humidity has made conditions uncomfortable.
Meteorologists predict a revival of stronger monsoon activity around July 20. This expected improvement is linked to the development of a new weather system over the Bay of Bengal, which could bring widespread rainfall to Rajasthan and alleviate the current warm and humid weather.
