Rainfall activity over Haryana and other parts of northwest India is anticipated to rise significantly from July 18. For the next three days, isolated rain and thundershowers are forecast across the region. Rainfall is expected to become scattered on July 18 and more widespread on July 19 and July 20.
This increased monsoon activity will also affect Punjab and the Western Himalayan states. No significant changes in maximum temperatures are expected across the plains of northwest India during the upcoming week. The highest maximum temperature recorded recently was 41.5 degrees Celsius in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
