Consequently, a low to moderate flash-flood risk has been identified for watersheds in Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Coastal Andhra Pradesh. Concerns include localized flooding, waterlogging, reduced visibility, and potential landslides in vulnerable areas.
Delhi, Haryana, and Chandigarh are not under immediate rain warnings for September 25, though adjacent Uttar Pradesh faces ongoing rainfall alerts. The IMD advises residents in affected areas to monitor local updates and exercise caution.
