The districts that received the highest precipitation were Sirmaur (96.9 mm), Kangra (95.4 mm), and Solan (93.7 mm). Notably, Bilaspur registered the highest positive deviation from normal rainfall at 613%, while Kinnaur had the lowest at 66%.

The heavy rainfall was concentrated mainly in the first week of October, with vigorous weather on the 7th and 8th. Extremely heavy rainfall was recorded in Naina Devi (132.6 mm) and Solan (119.6 mm). Other areas, such as Wangtoo, Kheri, Pachhad, and Kasauli, also experienced heavy downpours.

Looking ahead, the IMD forecasts light rain or snow at isolated places on November 4 and 5, while dry weather is expected to prevail across the state for the rest of the week.
