The Centre's Air Quality Early Warning System predicts that air quality will remain in the 'poor' category until December 10th, transitioning to 'very poor' from December 11th to 12th, and potentially 'severe' to 'very poor' thereafter.
In addition to the air quality fluctuations, Delhi's minimum temperature has been on the rise, recording 9.2°C, a degree above normal, influenced by a western disturbance. While a slight dip in minimum temperature is expected by Thursday, the maximum temperature is also forecast to decrease by the weekend.
