In Ladakh, intense cold persisted, with Leh recording a chilling minimum of minus 9.6 degrees Celsius. Kargil and Nubra Valley also endured frigid conditions, with temperatures dropping to minus 8.4 and minus 7.5 degrees Celsius respectively, signaling a challenging winter for the high-altitude territories.
