Governor Alexander Gusev reported that Russian air defense systems destroyed 20 drones, fifteen over the city of Voronezh and five across nearby districts. The impact of the downed drones triggered substantial fires at two warehouses belonging to an unnamed company.
One warehouse fire encompassed an area of 16,000 square meters and has since been contained. The second blaze, covering 20,000 square meters, was still being actively extinguished by emergency services. These facilities are part of a large company, and an online retailer, Wildberries, confirmed evacuations at its logistics centers in the region as a safety precaution.
