Alexander Kamyshin, an advisor to President Zelenskyy, countered Papperger's remarks by emphasizing the effectiveness of Ukrainian drones against Russian forces and noting the equal contribution of Ukrainian women in arms factories. Rheinmetall later issued a statement to clarify its position, asserting utmost respect for the Ukrainian people's defense efforts.
