India's naval fleet is expanding with the commissioning of three advanced vessels, including the indigenous stealth frigate 'Dunagiri', on June 21. The ceremony, set to take place in Kolkata, will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
'Dunagiri', the fifth Nilgiri-class frigate, is equipped with advanced weapons like BrahMos missiles and indigenous stealth technology, enhancing maritime combat capabilities. Alongside it, the Anti-submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft 'Agray' and the Survey Vessel (Large) 'Sanshodhak' will also be inducted.
