Budget Projector Packs Full HD Punch

The XGIMI Vibe One emerges as a surprisingly capable portable projector, priced affordably under $250. This Google-certified device offers Full HD resolution and features like autofocus and auto keystone correction, making setup straightforward. Users can stream directly via Google TV or connect external devices through HDMI and USB-A ports. Its compact, lightweight design includes a versatile handle that doubles as a stand and a Bluetooth speaker, even functioning as an ambient lamp.

Despite its impressive feature set for the price, the Vibe One has notable drawbacks. Its 250 ISO lumens brightness requires a dark environment for optimal viewing, and it struggles significantly in daylight. The built-in JBL speakers are adequate but lack bass, and the most significant limitation is its battery life, which lasts only about 1.2 hours in Eco mode. This restricts its use for longer media consumption, making it more of a bonus feature than a primary selling point. For extended use, plugging it in is essential, or investing in more expensive models with superior battery performance is advised.
