Microsoft has rolled out its final Xbox software update for the year, significantly improving the Xbox Wireless Headset's performance on Windows 11. The update introduces support for Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio, offering users a superior audio experience with reduced latency, enhanced battery efficiency, and improved stereo sound. These advancements are available to Windows 11 users who update their headset via the Xbox Accessories app, provided their devices are compatible with Bluetooth LE.
Beyond the headset improvements, Microsoft is also revamping the Xbox mobile app. Following the recent addition of in-app game purchases, the app now features a dedicated Store tab. This new section enables users to browse and buy games, add titles to their wishlists, and search for additional content like add-ons and DLC, streamlining the mobile gaming experience.
