The Cinemagnum auditorium at Nuremberg's Cinecittà is preparing to showcase the world's largest cinema LED screen. This impressive 30-meter by 16-meter curved display, developed by GDC Technology, offers a native 8K+ resolution.
Leveraging GDC's Tricorne Premium LED technology, the screen provides an expansive wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling visual canvas. A key innovation includes micro-perforated, acoustically transparent panels. This design allows speakers to be mounted directly behind the LED wall, solving the traditional challenge of dialogue localization and enhancing audio fidelity.
