The Weave Isaac 1, a new home robot designed for autonomous chore completion, is now available for pre-order. Priced at $7,999, this unique robot aims to simplify household drudgery. Its capabilities include locating and collecting laundry, tidying clutter like toys and shoes, and making beds.
Isaac 1 operates via a smartphone app, extending to its full 5 ft 9 in height from a 3 ft crouch on its charging base. Unlike bipedal robots, its wheeled base offers stability at a lower cost. The robot features orange claws for manipulation and comes with soft, removable body plates in various muted colors. It is designed to run for up to eight hours on a single charge.
Pre-orders are now open with a $250 deposit. Initial deliveries are scheduled to commence in September, exclusively in California. Wider availability across the US is planned for 2027. Weave Robotics is also offering a monthly subscription plan at $449 for ongoing updates and support.
