In October 2025, Vivo unveiled its new X300 series, marking a significant step forward for the company as it celebrates its 30th anniversary. The lineup consists of two flagship-level smartphones: the X300 and the X300 Pro.
The X300, a more compact offering, features a 6.31-inch display and packs the same powerful Dimensity 9500 chipset as its larger sibling. This 3nm powerhouse is expected to deliver Antutu 11 scores exceeding 4 million. The X300 also boasts a 200MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide, providing users with a versatile and high-quality camera system.
The X300 Pro, on the other hand, sports a larger 6.78-inch display and retains the Dimensity 9500 chip. Its camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 200MP telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide. Both phones offer impressive battery life, with the X300 featuring a 6,040mAh cell and the X300 Pro packing a 6,510mAh unit.
Vivo's OriginOS 6, which sits at the heart of these new devices, has been optimized to leverage the full potential of the Dimensity 9500 chipset. Features like Ultra-Core Computing, Dual Rendering, and Memory Fusion aim to deliver exceptional performance and battery efficiency.
With the X300 series, Vivo is catering to a wide range of users, offering a compact flagship option alongside a larger, more traditional flagship model. These devices showcase Vivo's commitment to innovation and its ability to push the boundaries of what's possible in the smartphone market.
