This powerhouse is engineered for extended use, promising to retain over 80% of its original capacity even after 1,500 charging cycles. This significant battery capacity aims to provide users with reliable performance over several years.
The device showcases impressive durability credentials. It features IP68 and IP69 ratings for resistance against dust and water ingress, and has successfully passed MIL-STD-810H tests. Furthermore, it holds SGS five-star drop resistance certification, indicating a robust build capable of withstanding accidental drops.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y32 5G is equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, built on a 4nm process. This is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable up to 2TB. The smartphone also features a 6.87-inch LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,300 nits peak brightness, running on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
