The new vivo T5x 5G has been launched in India, positioning itself as a strong contender in the mid-range market. This device is powered by the efficient 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor, complemented by a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. It offers up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, ensuring smooth performance.
The T5x 5G stands out with its exceptional 7200mAh battery, supported by 44W fast charging capabilities. Durability is a key highlight, with the smartphone boasting military-grade MIL-STD-810H certification. It also features impressive IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance ratings, designed to withstand submersion and high-pressure water jets.
For photography enthusiasts, the T5x 5G is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor at the rear, while a 32MP front camera handles selfies. The device runs on Funtouch OS 6, based on Android 16, and Vivo promises two years of OS upgrades and four years of security updates. It will be available in Star Silver and Cyber Green starting March 24.
