Samsung has unveiled its latest soundbar, the HW-QS90H, at CES 2026, notably designed without an external subwoofer. This new model boasts a Quad Bass Woofer system, aiming to deliver robust low-frequency sound directly from the main unit. It supports 7.1.2-channel audio, incorporating a total of 13 drivers to produce immersive sound.
Initial listening impressions highlight the soundbar's surprising bass output, which manages to cut through the show's ambient noise. Samsung's Quad woofers are designed to push air in two directions, enhancing bass response. The remaining nine drivers are strategically placed for various sound directions, maintaining audio clarity.
Further enhancing its versatility, the QS90H features Samsung's Convertible Fit Design, enabling it to be positioned flat or mounted vertically. Integrated sensors adjust audio output based on orientation. While pricing and release dates are yet to be announced, this release marks a significant step in all-in-one audio solutions.
