The phone runs HyperOS 3.0, based on Android 16, and Xiaomi has pledged four years of firmware updates and six years of security patches.
For photography, the Redmi 15A features a 32MP main rear camera alongside an unspecified auxiliary sensor. The 8MP selfie camera is integrated into the display. A robust 6,300mAh battery powers the device, supporting 15W wired charging and 7.5W reverse wired charging. Pricing starts at $137 for the base 4GB RAM/64GB storage model.
